Court Agents
We are a highly experienced, boutique law firm that can act on your behalf in any type of legal matter in court.
Court Agents
If you have been charged with an offense, and have received a notice to attend court, you will need a legal representative to act as your agent in court for the first mention, which is where you will turn up to court and either plead guilty or ask for an adjournment so that you can have time to prepare a case.
We can act as your Court Agent for any type of legal matter, including:
- Obtaining Adjournments
- Attending Hearings
- Attending Mentions
We charge a standard flat fee of $220.00 incl GST for standard mentions (i.e: your initial appearance in court – this fee covers this procedural process only, and does not include preparing arguments for your case).
We accept instructions from those in the legal profession for matters in:
- Sydney Metropolitan Courts
- Bankstown Local Court
- Burwood Local Court
- Newtown Local Court
- Parramatta Local Court
- Sutherland Local Court
- Sydney Local Court
- Waverly Local Court
- Downing Centre
- Central Criminal Court
- Children’s Court Parramatta
- District Court Parramatta
- Family and Federal Magistrates Court Parramatta

Following your initial appearance in court, we can then discuss ongoing legal representation and building your defense case.

Why should you choose us?
We understand that facing a legal matter can be a daunting prospect. Reading and understanding legal documents is difficult for people who are not trained in the law, and can be even more difficult if English is not your first language.
We have spent the past two decades working with the local and interstate community to help make sense of legal matters, and provide legal representation as required. Our principal Ali Hallani is fluent in Arabic and has a large following from the Lebanese Community.
If you have a fight on your hands, make sure you have Hallani Lawyers in your corner.
